Creative Insurance Concepts, Inc. (CIC) is a woman and minority owned insurance and risk management consulting firm. CIC was established by CEO, Charlene J. Reynolds in 1995; as an insurance consulting firm. In 2004, the firm added the commercial insurance and surety bonding agency division.

 

We are bi-coastal, with property and casualty insurance broker licenses in over 20 states; including California. In California, we are doing business as Creative Bonding and Insurance Solutions, (CBIS).

 

CIC provides commercial insurance, surety bonding, risk management, loss control and employment background screening services. With over 30 years of combined insurance and risk management experience, services are offered to a diverse industry; with advice given independently and objectively to help clients protect themselves from the risk of during business in the day to day operations.

 

We have experienced insurance agents, and insurance consultants who have expertise in risk management, and both commercial lines and personal lines insurance placement. In addition, the CIC team has over a decade of claims adjuster experience settling workers compensation, professional liability, commercial automobile liability, general liability, property damage, and bodily injury, property and casualty insurance claims.

What We Do:

 

Our Agency Division provides a variety of commercial insurance coverage, to include Professional Liability, General Liability, Workers Compensation, Commercial Automobile Liability, Cyber Liability, and Electronic Device Insurance (EDI). EDI is an inland marine product that covers cell phones, tablets, lap tops, cameras, gaming systems, and other electronic devices against accidental damage.

Surety Bonds are our specialty, both contract and commercial bonds. CIC places performance and payment bonds in most states, and has been working closely with the SBA’s Office of Surety Bond Guarantee since 2004. CIC is proud to be one of a handful of minority owned firms that participate in the SBA Surety Bond Guarantee Program.
